The Villa includes 2 spacious Master Suites, perfect for 2 couples, each with private baths - one with jetted tub, one with walk-in glass block shower - and a common lanai, plus a 3rd guest bedroom with adjacent bath. The great room, dining room, and custom kitchen have an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings for the cool tropical breezes. Prepare meals in the beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen featuring granite counters and koa wood cabinets and of course fully stocked with all the kitchen wares needed to prepare all your meals. A large fully equipped gas BBQ is close by at the pool. Enjoy evenings in with the 32” cable TV with DVD/CD/Video and AM/FM/ Cassette components to entertain the whole family and guests. Other amenities include beach chairs, beach towels, one-car garage parking, washer & dryer, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and great room, extra floor fans, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, free local phone service, cards, games and books. This home is professionally maintained by one of the best rental services on the island and everything is brand new as of June '04. Since, as the owner I stay here often, furnishings are all of the highest quality - not the usual condo package furniture you see in so many rentals.
